It is powered with Android 2.1 (version aka Android Eclair) and manufactured with Qualcomm MSM7227 chipset with Adreno 200 GPU (Graphic Processor) and uses 600 Mhz ARM 11 processor (Speed). Along with this Android and 0.6GHz CPU, the E400 also armored with 256MB of RAM and 512MB ROM (not bad at that time). The microSD for external memory storage can be expanded up to 8GB (not sure though, it seems 16GB also works).
