Yup, Blackberry Bold Touch 9900 which also known as BlackBerry Dakota and sometime also been called as BlackBerry Magnum used “only” GSM Data Networks Technology with Tri-Band HSDPA (HSDPA 14.4Mbps/HSUPA 7.68Mbps) , on the contrary, the BlackBerry Montana (rumored name of BlackBerry Bold 9930 / BlackBerry Bold Touch 9930), uses both GSM and CDMA Data Networks Technology. BlackBerry Bold 9900 / 9930 Specifications

Just like other version of BB Bold, the Bold Touch 9900 / 9930 also uses Candy Bar form factor with Qwerty Keyboard (Physic). We prefer to call it as Qwerty Bar form factor. The Display Screen manufactures with Thin Film Transistor (TFT) Capacitive Touchscreen / Transmissive TFT LCD and has about 2.8 inches in diagonal diameter. This BB Phone also equipped with Optical Trackpad, Proximity Sensor for Auto turn off and Accelerometer Sensor for Auto Rotate UI (Landscape / Portrait), with 640 x 480 pixels resolution (287 ppi). Bold 9900 / 9930 is quite smaller compare to older vesion of BB bold. It has 115 x 66 x 10.5 mm (in inch: 4.53 x 2.6 x 0.41 inches) dimension size and with 120 grams on weight (about 4.59 oz)

On the rear panel, you can see the 5 Megapixel Camera resolution that can create HD Video Recording (720p) and equipped also with Flash Light, Face Detection, Image Stabilizer, 4x Digital Zoom, Geo tagging, Zero shutter lag and supports multiple scene modes. There is no Secondary Camera at front panel that usually used to make Video Calling.

One of the great features and specs embedded along with BB Bold Touch 9900 / 9930 is the 768MB of RAM along with BlackBerry OS 7.0 (BB 7 OS) and runs with 1.2GHz processor QC 8655. The memory on the internal side (built in) is about 8GB using eMMC, and 32GB supported external memory storage using microSD Card (optional). For supported formats about Media File, this Gadget can play these following audio and video formats: MP4, M4A, 3GP, M4V, AVI, ASF, WMV, WMA, MIDI, WAV, AMR, AAC, OGG, FLAC (Music Audio and Video formats).
