Working with Android KitKat that claimed lesser on battery usage, the Nexus 5 installed with quad-core 2.3GHz Krait 400 processor (CPU) with Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 Chipset and Adreno 330 is chosen as the GPU. The LG D820 / D821 is also embedded with 2GB of RAM.

With non-removable Lithium Polymer battery installed on the Nexus 5, the weight of the device is about 130 grams or about 4.59 ounces. You can use the phone on talktime usage up to 17 hours. This is can be happened because of the 2300mAh battery of the Nexus 5.
