Runs on Android Jelly Bean OS for version 4.1.2, the HTC One is powered with Quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait 300 processor with Qualcomm APW8064T Snapdragon 600 chipset and Adreno 320 GPU. The Jelly Bean v4.1.2 is also planned to be upgraded to Jelly Bean v4.2. There is no external memory slot on HTC One, but you can get the phone with two internal memory options: 32GB or 64GB. The RAM uses 2GB for better processing.

Having 4.7″ with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution (16M colors), make the HTC One gain deep pixel density at approximately 469 ppi. Along with non-removable Lithium Polimer battery with 2300 mAh capacity, the weight of the device quite light at 143 grams (if you aren’t familiar with this measurement, it proximately 5.04 ounces).

Just an info, the phone with 127.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 mm dimension size (about 5.41 x 2.69 x 0.37 inches) uses micro SIM type as USIM / SIM mobile carrier (Depend on region and mobile provider carrier, though). I don't have to much to say, the Manual is good in most of chapter or section. Especially on the way you can learn to Insert the SIM card that you need to eject and place it to its card tray, is one of a good tutorial available on the User Manual of HTC One
