HTC One VX User Manual & Quick Start Guide for AT&T

Although the HTC One VX that we discuss at this page “belong” to AT&T carrier (so do the User Guide/ Manual), but we thought that the phone itself would soon be available with other provider carrier. Because this phone was released on November 2012, I guess we are a little bit late on writing this device on this blog.

The HTC One VX itself, comes with Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen display with 4.5 inches diagonal diameter and has 540 x 960 pixels resolution (qHD). It has 16M colors and proximately has 245 ppi pixel density. The good thing on this device in which it bundled with AT&T carrier is that besides the GSM data networks technology supports for HSDPA up to 42.2 Mbps, it also provides the 4G LTE technology up to 100 Mbps (DL) / 50 Mbps (UL).

HTC One VX User Manual & Quick Start Guide Resume

Speaking of the phone keys overview, it’s better that you read the Quick Start Guide (QSG) version instead of the User Guide (UG/UM) version. It’s because on the UM, the “Getting to Know Your Phone” tutorial only provide the front panel view. On the contrary, on the QSG, side view, top view are included along with the front view keys, though, there is no rear view we could find on both of them. Just like we embedded it at the figure below.

There is a simple interesting tutorial provided by the User Manual of HTC One VX at page 25. It’s the tutorial on how you can capture the HTC One VX screen. It had been said that in case you wanna show off your game score, the music song, or even capture your personal social update. All you had to do is: Press and hold Power button then Press Home key. Whenever the “creak” sound like the way you take a photo were heard, it means the screen shot capture is active and should be saved on the Camera shots album Gallery.

Some tutorial on using the application (preloaded) that we aren’t mentioned on the Specifications also available on the Manual. It include the Dropbox, the HTC Watch, HTC Card, Google Maps, FM Radio, Youtube, set the Alarm, HTC Sync Manager and more.

And special to do Hard Reset you can go to: Notifications panel (slide from top to down) > Settings > Storage > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Tap Erase everything.

But there is an alternative way besides the way we gave you above. It’s by using the hardware buttons combination:

Make sure the phone is shutting down > Press and hold Volume down, then press and hold Power button > Screen appears with 3 Android; Release all the buttons > Select Factory Reset using Volume Down > Confirm it with Power button > Done

If you see a blank page, just Reload your browser.
