This Droid 4 which as 4.0 inches diagonally diameter screen display runs using Android Gingerbread 2.3.5 version. It supposed to be upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich, it it doesn’t that would be a bad point! This Gingerbread Operating System processed using 1GB Dual Channel RAM with 1.2Ghz Dual core Processor Cortex-A9 with PowerVR SGX540 GPU and TI OMAP 4430 chipset. The Internal built in storage has 16GB unremovable memory, but can be added the external microSD card up to 32GB

For the 4G LTE, the Verizon Wireless which bundled with the Droid 4 uses LTE 700Mhz Class 13 along side with CDMA2000 1xEVDO for EvDo Rev.A up to 3.1 Mbps.

If you forgot your pattern lock code, the ways you can retrieve your pattern or at least reset it is using your google username and password that you been sync with Motorola Droid 4. But if you lost your password or PIN, there only one way to get it back: Go to Service Center / Provider of your phone and ask them to do Factory Reset / Master Reset. See page 57 for the details.

But you can also do a Hard Reset by visiting Privacy settings (need to access to your phone which means you can’t do this if you don’t remember you pattern lock, google password and PIN, in case you protect your Phone with this security): Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone. The smartphone which has 178.9 grams and 69.9 mm x 126.7 mm x 12.9 mm, attached with Dual Camera for front facing and rear facing camera. Here are the details of these two cameras: 8 Megapixel Camera for rear facing with Auto Focus, Geo tagging, LED Flash light, Face detection, Image stabilization, Video Recording HD up to 1080p@30fps, digital zoom; 1.3 MP camera for video calling up to 720p, and for self portrait.
