This is the second time we discuss and share Motorola Phone that use iDEN Data Networks. Previously, we talked about Motorola i1, a Phone by Motorola that used iDEN along with Nextel (Sprint) and Southern Linc Carrier. At this time, we would talk another iDEN phone by Motorola called as Motorola i886 (for Sprint used iDEN 800/900 MHz). It seem that the “i” letter in both of the Phone name derived from the word of “iDEN” :).
Candy Bar was chosen as form factor design of Motorola i886 along with alpha numeric keypad, but it not the only form factor of this phone, it also has Physical Qwerty Keyboard that can be slide out from landscape side of the Phone. This would make this i886 has both combination between slide side and candy bar form factor, tough it commonly said only by candy bar name as the form factor (see the image below).
Let talk about the further details of Specifications and Features of i886. First, if you like to know the Tech Spec Detail of this phone, we suggest you to open and read the official Tech Specs of Motorola i886 at here, though you can also omit the link and just read from this page.
