Actually, this N9–also known as N9-00–is the Smartphone that currently only announced in Singapore. Therefore the User Guide / User Manual of this Nokia N9 only available for English SEA version. But we believe, this Nokia N9 Lankku (another name of this Smartphone) not take a long time to be available in US (United State), or in UK / Europe or Canada (North America). As far as we knew, this is the first Smartphone wich use MeeGo OS for version 1.2 or known as MeeGo Harmattan.

Nokia N9 installed with 1Ghz Cortex A8 Processor uses TI OMAP 3630 chpset and has PowerVR SGX530 for the Graphic Processing Unit (GPU). This 1GHz CPU works together along with MeeGo OS and also 1GB RAM Memory. For the storage, there only two alternative options for built in on board memory (N9 didn’t had microSD Card slot, there for you can’t expanded the memory storage): 16GB and 64GB (would be a great gab on the matter of N9’s price between the 16GB one and the N9 with 64GB memory).

Let say that you already use Nokia N9 for quite long time and you already changed many of defaut settings. After that, you notice that some thing wrong about your N9-00 settings and you can’t figure it out how to change to your preferred settings. Suddenly you just want to get your N9 to the settings default just like you have it for the first time. How should you do to do these? On the page 92 of the User Guide PDF of this phone you can find short tutorial how to do this by; End all active calls and connections > Selects Settings > Reset > Restore settings (sometime you need to enter the security code).

Otherwise, if you wanna remove all the data, document, applications and games that you already created or downloaded and wanna get your N9 just like you bought it for the first time, you need to do Master Reset / Hard Reset aka Factory Reset, here the steps instruction you had to follows: Settings > Reset > Clear Device> Done. Remember the contact and content stored in SIM card are not removed. Still backup your data before doing this actions. (see page 92 for the detail).

The design of Nokia N9 comes with Touch Tablet / Touch Bar form factor with hard corner square. It available in three body casing colors: Black, Cyan, and Ruby colors (see the details of the colors on the image that we embedded above and below). For the screen size, it uses 3.9 inches diagonal diameter which manufactures by using AMOLED capacitive touchscreen at 480 x 584 pixels resolution. Of course as a Touchscreen Smartphone, there only available the onscreen keypad or keyboard for typing any message (two optional: alphanumeric keypad and qwerty keypad). Another features embedded with the Touchscreen: Manetometer for eCompass, Proximity Sensor for Auto turn of the screen, Ambient light detector for brightness auto adjustment, Anti glare polariser, Accelerometer sensor for Auto rotate portrait and landscape orientation, and has about 16,7 M colors.

Of course the phone also supports for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connections (Bluetooth version 2.1 plus Enhanced Data Rate, WLAN IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n, microUSB v2.0).

Nokia N9 Manual User Guide PDF Download

There is no tutorial how to insert microSD Card on the User Guide of Nokia N9, because the N9 didn’t support for external microSD (didn’t have microSD Card slot), You also couldn’t find the tutorial how to remove / open back cover casing of N9 because the battery used by N9 are seems to be un-removable (uses Li-Ion 1450 mAH). But, as you can see at the picture below, you still get the tutorial how you can insert the SIM Card, how to Power on the phone and also how to charging the battery properly.

Usually the UG of Nokia phone is available in multi language formats, but for N9 it seems only the English SEA (Singapore) version is available right now. Just wait for other version to be available soon (whehter Spanish, French, German, Korean, japan, Chinese and English for UK or English US)
