We realized that comparing this series to another series of Galaxy S III is useless due to most of specifications of its hardware are alike. Might be the differences between one to another can be found only from it’s Carrier tools and applications. Therefore the specs that we wrote on “Specifications” tab below is not need to be read if you had already knew it. The key features of SGS3 AT&T, if we can say, are 4G LTE, 4.8″ large display, 8MP main camera, Ice Cream Sandwich OS, dual-core 1.5GHz, and Face unlock.

Samsung SGH-i747 uses Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon as it chipset hardware. For better performance this newest SGS3 for AT&T is also installed 1.5GHz dual core processor and Adreno 225 as GPU. As for Operating System chosen for Galaxy S3, the Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) is installed and ready to be used along with Google preloaded applications and also Samsung preloaded applications.
