Samsung Rogue is a CDMA Phone. This also means that, The Samsung SCH u960 that been officially released 2 and a half years ago (August 2009), will not works under GSM Network (worldwide). The Phone supports 2G and 3G CDMA Network (dual band CDMA 800 / 1900 and CDMA2000 1x / EV-DO Rev A). In US it been bundling with Verizon Wireless Data Provider, this also means that you can obtain this phone and buy from Verizon.
Samsung Rogue, indeed, make us amazed by its design. Though it released on August 2009, it seem that the design still being updated until this time (2011): Combination between Physical 4 rows Qwerty Keyboard and also the Touch Screen Display. Of course, as you can see at the image below, the U960 use slide-side-out-landscape form factor with light rounded in 4 corner of the body. The Display used 3.1 inches in Diagonal Diameter with AMOLED Touchscreen 256K colors and has 480 x 800 pixels Resolution (Auto Rotate option available).
Let see other Features (both hardware and software) inside the Samsung Rogue SCH-U960, particularly, the Camera and its features. The Rogue attached with 3.0 Megapixel Camera (some others “source” also said it equipped with 3.15 / 3.2 MP Camera, but it officially, via www.samsung.com, used 3 MP Cam) along with LED Flash Light for Poor condition light source that need a light supports assistant artificially (dark condition for example), and of course capable to be used to create Video Recording (Digital Zoom, Image Editor also included).
For Video player the Rogue capable to runs MPEG4, MP4 formats and also H.263, H.264 formats. About Music Player / Audio Player, it can be used for these following Audio formats: CMX.2.5.0, EVRC, QCELP, I-Melody, MP3, M4A, AAC, AAC+, and WMA. For Connectivity Features, the Samsung SCH-U960 installed with Bluetooth version 2.1 with A2DP Profile for wireless stereo headsets, and USB Cable Data supported (for high data transfer using microUSB V2.0). You can also use the Phone to view microsoft document such as word, excel and powerpoint.
