Runs on Android device with Jelly Bean version (Android v4.1), the Xperia M C1904/ C1905 is powered by dual-croe 1GHz Krait processor. It uses Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8227 chipset and Adreno 305 for the GPU. It has 4GB internal memory with 1GB RAM.

Xperia M is powered with removable Li-ion battery with 1750mAh capacity. You can use the phone for up to 10 hours talk time. It has about 115 grams on its weight aka 4.06 ounces. Black, White, Purple, and Yellow are the four available casing color that you can choose for Xperia M.
